If you choose UPS or FedEx, please be aware that they do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. If you require your order to be shipped to either a P.O. Box or an APO, please use our U.S. Postal Service Flat Rate Option


Shipment Processing Time

Our warehouse is located in 11101, New York. Generally, processing time is 24 hours during the business week. For orders placed on the weekend, from Friday 12:30 PM ,processing time will start on Monday at 9am eastern time. For overnight delivery, orders submitted before 12:00 PM EST (on a business day) can expect delivery the following day*. This applies to domestic shipments only.

*Please allow one extra business day if a holiday or a weekend falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date or if it is our peak season.

If you would like to track your order, you can copy and paste the tracking number that is included with your shipping confirmation into a Google.com search box. The first result in Google will be the status of the shipment from either USPS, UPS or FedEx.
