Packing & Sending Your Return
Myeyeglasscase.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you are not, we make returning merchandise easy. You may return any unopened item purchased from us — except for special order items.
Please return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase to Myeyeglasscase.com and we will either exchange the item(s), issue a store credit or refund. All returns must be unopened, intact and in re-sellable condition. Defective products or products sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Returns after the 30 day return period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returns MUST be shipped truck or UPS prepaid. All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA)* number before shipping back to Myeyeglasscase.com. RMA numbers can be received by calling 800.258-4813.
*NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON PACKAGING.
