Return An Item
To return an item, simply send an email to returns@myeyeglasscase.com to request a return authorization. Be sure to specify your order number. You will than receive the warehouse address to ship your items back. When you pack your items, be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice and a letter explaining the reason for the return.
Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. Exchanges will be subject to our regular shipping & handling fees. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
