Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your returned item with 14 days from the date you received the item and process a refund or exchange.


All returned products must be in its original condition and send back with fourteen (14) business days from the arrival of the item to the customers shipping address; otherwise a refund or credit will not be awarded. Credits or charges due will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. A restocking fee of $7 will be charged to every return. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable. If you received a defective item, please call with in the 24 hours after receiving the item to report the defect the problem. MyEyeGlassCase.com it is not responsible for any wear, tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.


Shipping Policy
Most orders received before 2:45pm Eastern Time will be processed and shipped with in 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order on our database unless express delivery is requested.


Due to market volatility and/or fluctuation, in rare occasions, some products may be temporarily out of stock. In such a case, we will notify our customers with the estimated shipping time and any other relevant information. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
