General Shipping

On MyEyeglassCase.com, shipping costs are determined by the weight of your items and distance from New York City. You may choose to receive your goods by UPS ground, UPS 2nd day, UPS next day Air Saver - arrives in the evening, UPS Next day Air - arrives by 10:30 ,or Next day Early AM to arrive by 08:30 in the morning.

NOTE: If your order is received by 11:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time), and it is a regular business day( Monday - Friday), your order will ship out that day from NY. Generally, all other orders will ship on the next business day.  AT PEAK TIMES THIS CAN BE DELAYED ONE OR 2 DAYS. If you are in a rush for your goods please call 800.258.4813 during normal business hours 9:00-5:00 EST to see when will we ship your order and the estimated number of days it takes to get to you.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order was shipped and a UPS tracking number where you can check the scheduled delivery date.

NOTE: Be sure you enter your FULL ADDRESS correctly. Make sure the "deliver to" address is correct. For example include Street, Drive, Blvd. apartment number, suite, etc. so the delivery person can find you accurately. If UPS has to come back to us for correction due to poor input on your behalf, they charge us a $5.00 charge for a correction fee. This would be billed automatically to us because of your error. If they charge us because you entered partial or incorrect information then WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD that $5 UPS fee.

Rush Delivery

If you have a need for delivery by a certain date, PLEASE CALL IN YOUR ORDER AND DISCUSS IT WITH OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE. Needs such as Saturday delivery, or other unique situations must be discussed with the Myeyeglasscase.com sales person. WE NEVER SHIP for Saturday delivery unless specifically requested because there is a cost premium for this action. During peak times, of if you live in remote locations, or if you are outside the continental United States, extra delivery costs are included. To some locations in Alaska and Hawaii we can only ship by UPS Blue ( 2nd day) or UPS Red (Next Day) since UPS does not have ground shipping service to these locations.
