1) How do I place an order?
You may place your order by going to www.MyEyeglassCase.com and using any major credit card or your banks debit card. All orders placed after 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
2) What is the minimum and/or maximum amount of cases I can order?
You may place an order for any number of eyeglass cases you want.
3) Is it safe to use my Credit Card?
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at MyEyeglassCase.com. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.
4)Are there any local retailers for your products?
We don’t have any retail locations at this time. The only way to order from us is via the website

5) Do you ship to P. O. Boxes and/or APS?
No, all our shipments go out via UPS and these carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APS addresses.
6) Which credit cards do you accept?
MyEyeglassCase.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
7) I have available credit on my credit card -- why isn’t my order going through?
Please make sure you have selected the right Credit Card type, entered the correct Credit Card number and the correct Credit Card ID number.
8) Where is my Credit Card ID Number?
Visa - 3-digit, non-embossed number on the signature panel on the back of the card after the Visa number. Mastercard - 3-digit, non-embossed number on the signature panel on the back of the card. American Express - 4 digit, non-embossed number above your card number on the face of your card.
9) Does MyEyeglassCase.com ship to Alaska, Hawaii or PR?
Yes we do. We currently cannot ship to Puerto Rico.
10) Does MyEyeglassCase.com ship internationally?
At the present moment we are only shipping within the continental United States.
11) What is MyEyeglassCase.com return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your returned item. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged.
All returned products must be in their original condition and sent back within fourteen (14) business days from the arrival of the item to the customer’s shipping address; otherwise, a refund or credit will not be awarded. Credits or charges due will be issued in the same manner as payment was made.
Please allow ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable. If you received a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item to report the defect or problem. MyEyeglassCase.com it is not responsible for any wear, tear or damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
